Shipping Policy
We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). We cannot ship to PO Box or APO addresses.
FREE Shipping (5-7 DAY Business Days) on ALL US Orders over $75
Botanica offers free UPS Ground Shipping for all orders over $75 in the Continental USA (does not include Alaska or Hawaii). For customers shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, orders will ship via DHL Worldwide for $39 and takes 5-7 business days for arrival.
International
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Botanica. Our third-party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses. We currently ship with DHL and the cost is a $39 flat-rate fee.
PLEASE NOTE OUR SHIPPING POLICIES:
In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. The same policy applies to stolen packages after they have been delivered to your destination.
Import duty and taxes are due on delivery and paid to the carrier.
If you refuse any shipments from Botanica, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can print a return label and be notified of the return's progress every step of the way.
Due to carrier price and surcharge increases, we are not currently offering free returns or exchanges for all orders. Return shipping labels are at a flat rate of $9. If you need to return an item purchased online, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received – NOT WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, you can return regular-priced merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you had started the returns/refund process by clicking the above link within 14 days but failed to ship your return package within the time frame, your package will be returned.
